On the second day of his visit to Finland, the delegation of Asharqia Young Businessmen Council visited Aalto University in Finland, where they met with the University administration and staff during a tour of the most prominent programs and specialized scientific field in management and entrepreneurship.
They were received by the Director of the International Relations Unit, Markus.
The delegation was introduced during the visit to the university, which was founded in 2010 on a merger between the Helsinki University of Technology and the University of Helsinki for Art and Design, on the most important sections of the university and the various achievements of its departments.
They also reviewed the most prominent initiatives, researches and studies that it presented to discuss the challenges faced by entrepreneurs.
The chairman of the council, Eng. Abdullah bin Faisal Al-Breikan, said that the delegation toured the university's start-up center, where it was acquainted with the Center's initiatives that aimed at providing an opportunity for entrepreneurs, both university and non-university students, in order to present their diverse and innovative entrepreneurial ideas and then pair them with specialists who provide them with advice and guidance in order to develop their skills and enable them to start their entrepreneurial projects.
He also explained that the delegation was introduced to the services provided by the Design Factory to entrepreneurs.
He pointed out that the center includes several specialties and the beneficiary can learn several specialties in production and manufacturing, which is a center for students and teachers to meet in order to build a new type of learning culture-based Aalto University of Finland,
The delegation also visited Startup Sauna, which is a center that allocates common areas for entrepreneurs to help them start their businesses.
